Dear heavenly Father, my marriage is falling apart and I feel helpless and hopeless and I don’t know what to do. Lord I feel powerless and just ask You to please restore my marriage. Bring us back into a loving relationship with each other and with You.

Lord I confess that I have fallen so far short of how I should have behaved and do not deserve a second chance, but I ask Lord that in Your grace You would restore again the joy we had at the beginning and help us both to move forward in our marriage and help us to live in a way that is pleasing to You.

Heal the wounds we have both received from each other and revive and restore us so that we may move forward in our lives and life together. Lord You have promised to heal the broken-hearted and I pray that in a wonderful way You would restore my marriage, in Jesus name I pray, Amen

Lord, I am asking you for reconciliation of my actions and words towards my boyfriend. Lord, please forgive me for not being the best to my boyfriend.

Show me the way to understanding my true love and to let me be patient and kind towards him I always have.

Heavenly Father, I feel I have wasted so many years of my life pursuing wrong things and getting involved with worldly activities, fleshly pursuits and the various temporary things of life, while neglecting the important spiritual issues, that are eternal and lasting.

I ask for Your forgiveness and pray that in Your grace You would restore to me the years that the locusts have eaten – the years that I have foolishly wasted.

Lord I want to be a good and faithful servant when I stand before Your throne and I know that most if not all of the good works I have done are ly to be burned up, knowing that I have been striving in the flesh instead of resting in You and letting Your Holy Spirit live and work through me. Restore to me the heavenly joy and inner peace that has been evading me.. help me to focus on the eternal rather than the temporal and from this day forward may I start to live my life in a way that you would have me live, in Jesus name I pray, Amen

Father in the name of Jesus, I pray that you encline Your ears to my prayer. As I come before You with faith, that You Lord, You are the only one who can soften my boyfriends heart and remind him of all that we had. The promises we made to each other and the love that we used to share. Please nullify the bad spirit that came upon him to bring separation between us.

Please Lord, bring down those walls that had come between us. And don’t let them ever rise again. I pray that You pierce through his heart and make him to come back.

Through You Father, I know that all things are possible. Please locate him now through your spirit and make him to think about us. Right now, touch him, and his heart. And make him think of us.

In Jesus mighty name I pray. Amen.

Father I repent of the years that I have wantonly wasted and desire to turn away from my misspent years and return to You with all my heart, and get back into a right relationship to You.

Lord, I know that I do not deserve to have this prayer answered but I ask for the sake of Jesus Christ, Who died to pay the price for my sins that You would look down on me with pity and mercy and that You would forgive me of my sins and give me back those years I have lost, when I was walking in unbelief and wanton ignorance of Your love and grace towards me.

I know that I do not deserve Your kindness but You are a good and gracious God, long-suffering and of great kindness. I pray that You would restore those lost years and ask that You would enable me to start to live a life that is honouring to You – I ask this in the name of Jesus, Amen

Father, this is hard. I don’t wait well. I want to do or say something that will magically fix this. Help me remember that You may be using this time to work on me and to work on ___________. I don’t want to get in the way of what you’re doing but I get so impatient.

It sometimes takes more courage and strength to wait than it does to act. So, I will come to You today and every day asking for Your guidance. Help me wait when that is Your will and then, help me know when and how to act when the time is right. I need Your help. Amen.

Father God, I thank you for who you are and for the promises that you have made concerning me and my spouse. Your Word is ever true and your promise of blessings and multiplication that you have promised me throughout the ages (Genesis 22:17; Hebrews 6:14) is forever mine, in Jesus name.

You have promised to bless me exceedingly and it is your heart’s desire to enlarge my coast.

Every satanic covenant that is going against your continual and uninterrupted blessing in this marriage, I command the rain of fire to consume them, in Jesus name.

I pray against every spirit of lack and wretchedness. Oh Lord, let your peace, joy, happiness, and comfort saturate this marriage in Jesus name.

Father, I need a wardrobe adjustment. When I think about how often I fail to wear mercy, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience … I’m ashamed! And You love me even with my tattered attire.

With Your help, I believe _________ and I can do a better job of loving each other. So, today I’m asking You to show me where I need to do better and love well. Heal our hearts, Father. Help us forgive.

I am praying with all my heart and soul to please bring back my beloved to me. Please I know we had relationship issues but I love him.

And he loves me but is not in the mind set to be “in love ” with me. All the work and life stresses he’s handling has made our relationship become broken.

Dear Lord God,

Lord I pray to you today that my relationship with my boyfriend Ezra can be reconciled. I pray that through the power of the Holy Spirit his heart can be softened and he can forgive me for causing him pain.

Lord I never meant to be a pain and I am working on myself to change that so I never do that again. I pray that he remembers how much he loves me and how much he wants to still spend the rest of his life with me and raise a family.

I feel you brought me to this man when I prayed to meet the man of my dreams. I was so lonely and hurt and you brought this wonderful man into my life.

Now I pray for a miracle that his heart can be changed and we can reconcile this relationship that was on its way to marriage and forever. I truly do want this man forever and I would not be asking for this if I didn’t think he was the one I was supposed to marry.

Thank you Lord. I pray for your miracle. I know that all things are possible through you. Please forgive me for my sins and the burden carry.

A Beautiful Prayer for Repentance and Restoration

Have you succumbed to harmful habits that are hurting your faith and testimony? We’ve all been there at one time or another.

If guilt and shame now dot your life, and regrets are filling in the blanks of your story, take heart. God offers love, forgiveness, and restoration.

A Prayer for Repentance and Restoration

Lord Jesus, I’m tired of the sin struggle in my life. I feel distant from You. My choices have not led me into the right places. I’ve listened to the whispers of my enemy instead of Your words in Scripture, and the result has been disastrous.

I once walked with you, my heart tender to Your leading. Yet little by little, I exchanged Your truths for temptations and deceit that led me away from You.

Instead of taking thoughts captive and confessing them immediately, I allowed them to grow totally control. Repentance was not in my vocabulary.

You created me in Your own image, Lord. You know my thoughts before I speak them. You x-ray my heart and see through my excuses and intentions. Your Spirit warned me, but I ignored You. Disappointment and discouragement have taken their toll on me.

So today I’m confessing my desperate need for You. You have promised that if we will confess our sin, You will forgive us and make us clean again. Lord, I truly need Your forgiveness. Repentance is on my heart and lips. I want to turn around and head another direction—back to You, Lord. But I need Your help.

Just as You created the world nothing, Lord, create a clean heart my “nothingness.” You paid for my sin with your own death. Restore my life and the fellowship we once shared together.

You don’t condemn me, and You won’t disown me; I am Your child forever. But I take all the blame—I own my own sin.

I am the one who broke fellowship with You and am crushed over the way I treated You and Your name.

Lord, root out the darkness and light up my life with Your holy presence. Help me understand what went wrong. Show me how my destructive patterns first began.

What did I allow to become more important than loving and honoring You? Why did I seek satisfaction in others or other things than You? You are the only One Who provides all my needs.

You fill up the soul with deep down joy and peace beyond all understanding.

If my actions have wounded others, show me where and to whom I need to ask forgiveness or how to make amends. Help me to surround myself with positive encouragers who will hold me accountable and who will speak the truth in love.

Truly, shame melts away and we are healed when we confess to others and ask for their help.

I understand that my repentance won’t eliminate the consequences of my sin.

Knowing that You don’t hold our sins to our account—You remember them no more–and that You place them as far as the east is from the west both humbles me and fills me with amazement and gratitude.

No consequence could ever be as painful as knowing how my sin hurt You or how You suffered for me love. Your crucifying death gave me eternal life with You. Lord, You place grace next to my regrets and give me hope for a new future.

Thank You, Lord, that sin does not disqualify us. Instead, a runner who has fallen but who gets up again, I, too, am willing to start again and finish the race You have set for me.  

With Your restoration, Lord, perhaps I can help others find their way back to You again. I will not give my enemy the victory. Instead, I will accept Yours. Instead of a meltdown, with Your help I will allow Your Spirit to give me a hot heart for You, one that seeks You and wants to live for You the rest of my life. Thank You, Jesus, for Your sweet forgiveness and promised restoration.

Lord, I admit I am a sinner. I need and want Your forgiveness.

I accept Your death as the penalty for my sin, and recognize that Your mercy and grace is a gift You offer to me because of Your great love, not anything I have done. Cleanse me and make me Your child.

By faith I receive You into my heart as the Son of God and as Savior and Lord of my life. From now on, help me live for You, with You in control. In Your precious name,
